Q: Can I schedule organizing service for a couple of hours?
A: Yes, you can schedule organizing services for as few as 3 hours at a time per sessions.
Q: My dog is my family can he or she be apart of the process?
A: Lavender Organizes supports safety for her workers, if your dog is well trained & does not jump on the organizers it shouldn’t be a problem.
Please, note that Organizers carry & left heavy items so having to step over the dog as he or she is laying in the entrance doorway would be a risk, having the dog in a safe area would be best for everyone.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: It cost $85 an hour for projects that are lesser than 12 hours. Price packages starting at 12 hours to 100 hours are discounted see “Package and Rates” via the website.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Both Parties acknowledge and agree that services purchased by the Client are non- refundable. If in the event a cancellation is needed, arrangements will be made by both parties to reschedule the session(s) at a later date. Rescheduled sessions must not exceed 8 months from project start date.

Does Lavender Organizes clean?
Lavender Organizes is a Professional Organizing Service. Professional Organizers are not household cleaners. We offer hands-on organizing. Our job is to organize your clutter. We do not Clean Your Home.
Q: Do you charge a travel fee?
A: No, Lavender Organizes travels up to 1 hour without a travel fee charge.
Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t like how you organize?
A: Lavender Organizes does their best to understand our client wants & needs in advance & during the process, therefore, unfortunately all fees are non-refundable
Q: Can you bill me later?
A: No. Payment for smaller jobs consistent of minimum of 3 hours to lesser than 12 hours is hourly charged so it’s due by the end of each session but to guarantee your saved dates, it’s recommended to pay and book your dates in advance.
Payments for big jobs consistent of 12 hrs to 100hrs are due at the beginning of each session and may be made by venmo, zelle, cash, PayPal, and major credit cards via website.
Q: Do you have to go shopping every time I need a plastic container?
A: Yes. Clients needing specific supplies will give Lavender Organizes a budget & we will provide your supplies for you.
Q: Do you do reminder calls?
A: No, we do not.
Does Lavender Organizes Donate to profit organizations?
No, we donate to Non-Profits organizations, if you have a preferred place, we’d love to hear about it!
After I Purchase my package can I immediately start to be advised on what to purchase?
Yes! All packages include client communication between sessions and off sessions along with space planning for projects at no additional cost!
Can I pay monthly installments?
No. Packages must be paid in full to secure the discounted rates and a spot on Lavender Organizes Calendar.
