OPEN ROLES 2-3 Organizing roles:

(Temp-to- Full Time) Naturally you’re the most organized person out of your friend group or family. You love watching the Hgtv or House project shows, most importantly you love to reorganize your space periodically.

Personally, you
absolutely love transforming spaces, are pretty innovative, and are a quick to picking up or enhancing your skills. If I’ve summed you up pretty good, this may be the perfect role for you.

We’re looking to add a few amazing Organizing Assistant; organizers thats can grow to become a lead organizer or stay as a simple organizer. Either way, you’lI become members to our team.

Here’s what you can expect as a Lavender Organizes Professional Organizing Assistant/Organizer; Organizing client spaces:

This can be spaces like closets and pantries in a home, classrooms and staff lounges in a school, or commerical storage rooms and “lots” in a warehouse Guiding clients through the decluttering process:

Most projects require decluttering and once you’re trained on the Lavender Organizes decluttering process, you’ll help clients through this phase Donation drop-offs and product pick-ups and returns Custom label creation.

You’re An Ideal Candidate If:

You’re a self starter and take initiative: You’re never really waiting to be told what to do. You know if the project is still ongoing, there’s others work to get done. You care about helping people, friendly and kind but reliable. You have a strong eye for small details and great attention to the overall goal of whats yet to come. You don’t wait for others to spot errors in your work. You’re big on self review and love showing off your beautiful work to others.

You are solution oriented:

Ask any organizer, but there’s NEVER a project where problem solving is NOT involved. Because of this, you thrive in scenarios where trouble-shooting is a part of the gig.

You have a flexible schedule:

Typically we work 9:30-1;30pm and 3;30pm to 7:30pm M-F. But sometimes projects go beyond typical hours. You’re more than ok to work until the project is completed to the highest standard for our client.

You have reliable transportation:

Some days you’ll be in Washington DC other days Northern VA like Fallschurch, Arlington and Alexandria. This role requires driving, so a driver’s license and reliable transportation are kind of a must have.

Work Load: You’re looking for about 10-20 hrs per week (of course on a project-by-project basis). Sessions are typically 3-8 hours
